Booking & Cancellation Policy

We hold each session with care, preparing the space, instruments and energy ahead of your arrival. The policy below helps us honour that preparation while remaining fair to you.
Booking
All sessions are booked through our scheduling partner, TidyCal, via the booking page. Payment is taken at the time of booking to confirm your slot.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session free of charge if you do so before the cancellation window for that service (see below). Within the window, rescheduling is treated as a cancellation.
Late arrivals
For group sessions, late arrivals cannot be admitted once the sound bath has begun, to protect the experience of others in the room. For private sessions, late arrivals will shorten the session time and are not eligible for a refund of the missed minutes.
Cancellation window by service
Each service has its own cancellation window. Cancellations made before the window opens are fully refundable. Cancellations made inside the window are non-refundable.
Private Sound Healing Sessions
Cancellation window: 48 hours
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the session start time are non-refundable.
Group Sound Baths
Cancellation window: 24 hours
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the sound bath start time are non-refundable. Your mat is held until the session begins.
Corporate Wellness Sessions
Cancellation window: 7 days
Corporate bookings cancelled or rescheduled less than 7 days before the agreed date are non-refundable, due to logistics, travel and team scheduling.
The Signature Fusion
Cancellation window: 48 hours
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the Signature Fusion start time are non-refundable.
No-shows
Missed sessions without prior notice are treated as cancellations inside the window and are non-refundable.
Exceptional circumstances
We understand life happens. In cases of illness, bereavement or other genuine emergency, please contact us at info@sacredfusion.gr and we will do our best to find a fair solution.
