How it works

A free guided breathing and meditation timer

Self-Practice is a short guided practice you can do anywhere. Tell it how you're arriving, choose what you need — settle, rest, breathe, focus, let go or simply be — and set a time from five to thirty minutes. A soft breathing guide, with optional singing-bowl and ambient sound, keeps you company until a gentle chime brings you back.

How the breathing guide works

Each intention has its own gentle rhythm — for example, many people find a slightly longer exhale helps them settle. You'll see and hear a soft cue for every breath, so you can close your eyes. Breathe comfortably and never force it; if you feel lightheaded, simply return to your natural breath. Simply Be has no counting at all, only sound and stillness.

Private by design

There's no account and no sign-up. Your reflections are saved only in your own browser, on your own device — we never see them — and you can clear them at any time.

What is Self-Practice?

A free, short guided practice from Sacred Fusion — a breathing and meditation timer with gentle sound. You choose what you need and how long you have, and follow the guide.

How long should I practise?

Five minutes is enough to begin, and many people like ten to fifteen. Start short and lengthen it when it feels natural.

Can I use it with my eyes closed?

Yes. Each breath has a soft rising and falling tone, so you don't need to watch the screen — headphones make it clearer. Where your browser allows it, we keep the screen awake while you practise, and a gentle chime marks the end.

Is this a replacement for sound healing or medical care?

No. Self-Practice is a simple wellbeing practice, not a treatment. If you're pregnant or have a heart, breathing or neurological condition, keep the pace comfortable or check with your doctor first.
