Sacred Fusion ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or book a session, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

Information we collect

When you book a session or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and any details you choose to share about your wellbeing or intention for the session. If you choose to pay online, your payment details are processed directly and securely by Stripe, our payment provider — we never see or store your card details ourselves.

How we use your information

• To confirm, schedule and deliver your sessions.
• To respond to enquiries and follow up after a session.
• To send occasional updates, only if you have opted in.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers we rely on to run our practice — including Stripe for secure online payment processing, our email provider, and our hosting providers — and where required by law.

Payments

You can pay for a session by card online through Stripe, by IRIS / bank transfer, or in person at the studio. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach us. For IRIS or bank transfers we see only the payment reference and the amount, which we keep for accounting purposes.

Newsletter and marketing

Our newsletter uses double opt-in: after you subscribe we email you a confirmation link, and we only add you to the list once you click it. We record the date of your consent. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Booking, confirmation and reminder emails are service messages and are sent whether or not you subscribe.

How long we keep your data

Booking and client records are kept for as long as needed to run our practice and to meet Greek accounting and tax obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Security

Your data is stored on secured, access-controlled systems. Administrative access is protected with verified accounts, strong password requirements and two-factor authentication.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing  info@sacredfusion.gr.

Cookies and analytics

Our site uses essential cookies to function. Analytics cookies only run if you accept them in the cookie banner — nothing analytical is loaded before you choose. You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer, or by disabling cookies in your browser.
